His ‘can-do’ attitude has helped him assist many clients over the years find value-added solutions leading to cost-effective outcomes. He works to establish a relationship with each client and to find the best solution for what they need. Norton is a family man who believes in a healthy work-life balance. He spends his free time with his wife, son, and daughter.

Scott Dodds is an entrepreneur with over 20 years in the industry. He’s seen much success during his career, from starting a craning company in Edmonton AB to owning companies in a wide range of areas, including the hydrovac industry, oil fluid hauling, portable storage, and even office solutions. In 2015, Scott was the runner up for Entrepreneur of the Year in the prairie provinces. When he isn’t working, he spends time boating and snowmobiling with his family and participating in long-distance endurance races. He strongly believes Fox Sealant allows for new and exciting opportunities, and he is ready to guide the current and all future clients who are looking for environmentally friendly sealing and coating solutions for their needs.

Earl Dodds

OPERATIONAL MANAGER

Earl, a qualified heavy duty mechanic by trade, and predominantly focused on running his own truck shop and trucking business is now semi-retired and is currently reallocating his expertise and time to head up Fox Sealant's field operations. He was the VP of Operations for Highmark Crane LTD for 11 years and now he is the lead safety coordinator between all Fox Sealant subcontractors and Fox Sealant's own forces! Earl's hands-on approach coupled with his ability to guide project planning, execution and completion ensure that quality control and client expectations are not just met but consistently exceeded. Being a grandfather is important to Earl, and he spends as much time with his grandchildren as possible. He also enjoys working alongside his sons and seeing their success within the business.
